GM T-top weatherstrip kit part# ?

Does anyone have the GM Part# for the T-top weatherstrip kit most of the vendors sell. I'm trying to see if a guy we deal with has them in stock, but I'm tired of being put on hold for 20 minutes at a time.

most of them are non existent from gm so unless your connection has an old stock pile he's pulling your leg. if you haven't done a search yet try it, you should be able to come up with the number on here. if still no one can help you try pm me in a few days, i'll see what i can come up but due to the cost i would suggest trying softseal or another form unless your restoring a car.

Just to update, I actually got the T-top kit, part # 10164133. Local dealer had it in his warehouse, last one he showed in the system in the local area.

Now just to find the time to put it on, looks like a pain in the ***...

I've replaced the one on my 89 IROC a couple of years ago and have no leaks. The most difficult & important part of the job is ensuring that you get ALL of the old weatherstripping off, including any rust. You must sand off any rust and prime before installing the new weatherstripping. I had minimal rust & used POR-15 over it after sanding it off. Good luck

Re: GM T-top weatherstrip kit part# ?

is this the complete kit number. what was included. i was told there are several numbers as the seal on the t-top is a separate part number from the roof kit.

As far as I can tell it has everything I need: Door frame seals and T-top seals/ rails. From what I can tell this was some kind of replacement kit put out possibly as a TSB through GM dealers, it has instruction and a note about install time under warranty (7.5 hours). It's a 6 or 8 piece kit (I didn't take the whole thing out of the box yet).

I'm hoping thats a warranty/ flat rate guideline and it only really takes like 2-3 hours
