Re: new back end

Although your fabrication skills appear to be far better than most of the others who have tried this mod, I still think it's a terrible mismatch against the factory lines and style.

Re: new back end

That looks awesome....not for me but damn nice job.

My thought on this is....you take a square car, based around sharp edges and add circular motion to it, just doesnt line up.

Other than that hell of a job dude. Maybe you could look into making us the FIRST aftermarket tailights for our cars...especially if you do work like that.

Re: new back end

I actually have been doing that but with a design different from my own car. It follows along what you said. It fits the standard shape of the camaro but gives it a more upgraded look. Clear lights with smaller circles but keeps the same car shape. Plus they are not molded to the car like mine but it can be done. It's made with the same material as the camaro itself.
----------
its my airbag system that raises it up and down. It's on a timer so when I am at car shows it raises and lowers by itself.

Re: new back end

nicely done, fitment is A1, but not a look I personally would add to my car. I would say either black outs or nothing for our taillights...

Re: new back end

The only circles that belong on third gens are the wheels & tires.
Nice work but not for me.

Re: new back end

I agree on the round lights not going with the body lines.

Maybe if square ZR1 lights were used instead?

Good job on the construction, but I like my stock GTA lights. Well, the way they were built. I just changed the way they light up. I'm not crazy on the Vette lights.

Uuuuh, good work for what you can do, but def. not for me. I think that just took all the muscle outta the car. Good skills though, and def. somthing unique.
