how to cover wing holes?
basically i like the 90-92 ground effects, and i also like the mid 80's sport coupes, and so far ive only seen one other car setup like this:

so yesterday i took my wing off
and now i have these:

what can i do to plug those holes. i didn't realize they were going to be 3/4" holes on the sides and like half inch across the hatch.
someone suggested jb weld, sand smooth, then paint. also, i know the car wont be perfect, but it would look much better than 12 big black holes....

Re: how to cover wing holes?
The right way to do it is to cut plugs, weld them in, grind it smooth, then use a skim coat of filler before painting.
The easy way is to pound them in a little bit to make them concave, fill them with chopped reinforced fiberglass filler (kitty hair), then use a skim coat of filler before painting.
Either method will be unnoticable once it's finished. That JB weld hack sounds like a **** poor way to do it.
