hey yawll im lookin at an 88 formula its in great condition with the f code engine and a 5 speed manual can anyone tell me anything about those cars... i have an 85 TA myself i was just wondering if people could tell me anything special about that car

The best place to put this would be in the history and restoration. I would move it, but I am not a mod so I cannot. To answer your question, The 88 is a 305 with the tpi. If it was a tbi model it would be a E code car. so that is good to start with. The tune port will be the mass air style, more forgiving to engines with basic mods but most people seem to shy away from them. Formulas were never available with 350's either. (as far as I am aware) What else are you wanting to know? Generally all you need to do is copy your rpo sticker options and put it on the forums here and most people are more than happy to decode it for you.
