Car jacked up by the driver rear quarter

Hello, I was recently quoted from 2 different body guys to fix my driverside rear fender. The entire fender is pushed up out about 1 to 1 1/2 inches. The body guys both quoted me 8 to 10 hours labor, so about $350. One of the body guys said it looks as if somebody jacked the car up by the fender in the back, thus pushing it up and out a bit. Most people wouldn't notice the body damage at all, but any car enthusiast will.

I'm a novice body guy, I've fixed large dents in bike gas tanks, dents in cars, and I have shaved my door handles (welding included). I've never attempted anything on a scale as large as this. Keep in mind both of the body guys referred to "pulling the quarter straight".

I can post pictures later tonight, but as is right now I'm at work and don't have my camera. I would like to attempt this myself, but I am not sure where to start. THANKS!
