Ive done a lot of work to this camaro it started out as a $200 doller bone.no motor.. had a lot of rust. i patched the floors and rear quarters. all under the car is painted chase black. i striped a 87 for parts moter trans. doors fenders
and nice black gut..so its been a lot of work.. i pulled the t tops out and all the seals not to bad sanded and rust proofed it all. pour 15 stuff..from estwood co.. same with floors.... and all rust spots most on the car was striped to bare metal... and etch primed..

It's has paint still a lot of work to do but its close..

That grey is a good color choice; it’s easy to keep clean and doesn’t show the dirt or water spots. Just spray it off and your ready to cruise!

I would paint the ground effects the same color as the rest of the car. It will look really clean and sharp with the black trim pieces and tinted windows. Sometimes less is a whole lot better!

Thanks the color is puter grey matallic ground effects will be the same color
it still needs wet sand and buff at some pont.. we painted it on sunday..
cant wait to drive her..

The 87 had no title and was in bad shape to in the back end rusted.. the motor and trans is mint 73k.. i paid $500 for the 87.. its good to have a lot of parts..

It’s amazing how good any paint job looks after you take out the wave with color sanding and buff. It really makes a difference.

One suggestion, replace or at least polish the front turn signals. With a few minutes worth of work they can look much nicer. Use Mother's mag and aluminum polish followed by Mother's carnuba wax on them and they will look presentable in no time.
