I just bought the GM replacement t top kit and was wondering for people who have done this how long did it take them to complete and how difficult on 1-10 was it?

 

how much did they cost?

 

got a good deal from a member on here $300 shipped...usually GM is $440 plus shipping

it is a relatively simple job to de but it is in your best interest to set aside a day to do so because you will want to remove the weatherstripping, adhesive and any other non "the car" substances you may come across. check closely for poss sources of leaks and I believe that the tech article is on this site in regard to the fool proof, no leak, silicone application to make you a much happier t-top owner. I personally hate t-tops that's why I've only owned 4 or 5 of those leak happy S.O.B.s LMAO good luck bro
