that sucks
heres the floor of my 84z behind the drivers seat the rear wheel wells were worse butt they are already fixed will post pictures after repair butt that crack comes right from the rocker the the drain plug and theres a big spot that goes about 3" up behind the door jam 
butt i have a new floor pan on the wayand she will be spotless

shes been in newfoundland for most of er i life i think butt the previous owner said it was never winter driven haha what a crock of shat
