I was wondering if anybody knew where to get the OE front liscense plate bracket? I bought the car used and it came with holes in the front bumper, but no bracket. My guess a previous owner took it off, because they had the car to be driven only on the nicest of days, it wasnt a DD.

I checked the RPO's and the car came with the VK3 package, so I am guessing the holes there are for the origional bracket. Thanks!

If you put a bracket on there it will ruin your bumper cover. Ask me how I know. I would just put the plate in the window. Thats what people do around here and the cops dont harass them.

 

what he's trying to say is the bumper cover is already ruined. Theres holes in there from the previous owner.

 

There is a bracket on one of the cars I have but I don't know if it is OE. It looks pretty crappy to me but I can take pics latter and if you want it 5 bucks plus shipping.

local chevy dealer about 20 bucks. i had to buy one for my car. stupid NY state requires a front plate, my car came from north carolina where no front plate is required. i actually drove the car most of last summer with no front plate until i got a $120 ticket, ouch. i hate the way it looks, but didnt have much of a choice considering the **** state i live in.
