Fender and door gaps...possible body twist, pics inside

Hey everyone,

Long Version
when I first got my car a few years back, I had always noticed it had a slight lean to the right, more-so on the front of the car. The drivers door also had a gap. The car was hit at the driver door and fender around 1995, but was light damage and was repaired.

The driver door has a large gap on the inside, but not on the outside, and the window is loose in the door and has never sealed correctly at the top, even with multiple adjustments. It pretty much seals differently everytime, meaning it can either lean out or seal halfway, or seal completely sometimes.

Within the past year, a gap has developed on the passenger side of the car. Strangely, the hood, rear deck, rear fenders, and other panels all seem fine. I have no experience in dealing with body stuff, so if you can help, please do!

Also, the door has some rust on the seam that is next to the front fender...wondering if it got fubarred in the old accident and was just painted over...

This sucks since the original paint is in excellent shape.

Short Version
Car in accident in 95, door gap and fender gap, and slight lean to the right. Halp me please.
