Considering my car is completely apart right now and will be putting her back together once I'm all done with the welding/painting, I wanted to take the opportunity and get a keyless entry and an Alarm.

But something else came to mind. What do you guys think about this? taking the handles/locks off, properly fill in the holes and make it a handless entry? The reason I'm considering this, is because the handles/locks and components are in a crappy condition and would need replacing anyway. So rather than to have to look for those parts, maybe upgrade it.

Anyone have any experience with this? Recommended or not?

 

I too have thought about doing something similar. This idea reminds me of the c6 corvettes. I would recommend this mod, and let me know how it goes. If i find any parts ill let u know

 

shaved door handles are pretty popular on the boards here do a search you'll find quite a few results for them.
