Window Rgulator Problem
I hope this is the right spot for this, but I have a power window regulator and for some reason one of the rollers (circular things that go in the track) is not rolling. It seems to be jammed in place. My question is, can I replace this part? Have a look at the picture below if you are not sure which part I am talking about (circled in blue).
Thanks

I don't think you can replace them without breaking them, I could be wrong though. Have you tried to turn it with a pair of channel-locks or something?

Re: Window Rgulator Problem
I just tried using pliers and I got it to move. I can turn it with my hand now, but its pretty hard. Does it just need grease or something put in it? Thanks

Yeah, see if you can pack some grease into it and then rotate it some more. Maybe it will free up.

Re: Window Rgulator Problem
a small tube of graphite should help free it up and then i would lube all the rest of the parts so you dont have this problem in the future

Re: Window Rgulator Problem
I put some white litheum grease in it and spun it around to work it in. It didn't seem to make much of a difference though. I found another roller that was kinda tight and put some grease in that one and it freed it up nicely.
I think the roller I am having the issue with may have been replaced already because it is black and the rest are gray.
Thanks
