HARD QUESTION TO ANSWER POWER ANT. GROMET
DOES THE GROMET THAT GOES ON THE FENDER TO THE POWER ANTENNA THE SAME FROM FIREBIRD TO CAMARO?? I THINK IT SCREWS INTO THE TOP OF THE POWER ANTENNA. THANKS

Yes
The hardware that mounts the power antenna to the fender is two pieces. The center piece, around the antenna, screws into the piece that rests on the fender. You need a special tool to remove the center piece.
I would expect the piece that rests on the fender would be the same for both the Camaro and the Firebird if the fender body shape is the same. Other wise it might be different, to conform to the fender. I also think the center piece would be the same for either car.
My 82 Camaro shop manual refers to the piece on the fender as an adapter and the center piece that screws in as a bezel assembly.
My 82 Camaro factory assembly manual refers to the piece on the fender as the bezel, part #10017246 and the center piece that screws in as the "nut asm", part #10024258.
