Camaro Z28-Dent, Rust, Paint
I have a 84 Camaro Z28. It has a dent by the drivers side door. What do you think would be the best way to get that out, and how much do you think it would cost? I also have some rust building up that I want to get rid of, and I was thinking of using some sand paper and sanding it off. Any idea's? And I was also thinking about painting it, but I was wondering what would be the best, least expensive way? I have pics of the dent in another thread.

I would have to see the dent in order to give some info
as far as the rust do you have a angle grinder-cheap and some rollock 36 grit 2 inch disks
if so grind the rust down and treat it with etch primer- you can get it in a rattle can

every dent is different. you may be able to fix it your self with some time and some simple hand tools and you may have to have part of the body cut out and replaced with some new metal. post a pic and a better disciption if you want some real help. ps knowing how the dent was made will be key also.
