I've seen plenty of Camaros that have the amber to red conversion done on the turn signal. I hated the amber section on my base lenses so I finally turned them red.

I used Testors translucent red model spray paint. on the inside, and taped around the amber section and shot a coat on the outside of the lens too. It's not "perfect", but it does look alot better in person than in the pics. Don't mind the red over spray on the bottom of the lenses, that was done when I was touching up my rear bumper, not when changing the light color.

There is hope for all of you out there that love your 'Bird lights, but hate the amber.

 

I like your modded GTA lights better. But the amber-to-red on those looks way better than the amber did stock on those.

I wonder if the stock reds, could be darkened to match the darker amber-to-red converted parts?
