My hood doesnt fit
I bought an aftermarket ram air hood for my TA. It lifts on the front on each side when closed. Any body have any ideas how to make it fit better?

Re: My hood doesnt fit
play with the rubber hood adjusters, there is one on each side near where the fender ends and attaches to the radiator support
they are basically rubber screws twist them to go down more and see if it makes a difference.
aftermarket parts never fit right anyway
so unless your re-doing the body and going to paint it afterwards it will be hard to make it fit perfectly.
one thought i got but i tihnk its too much work than its worth which is shorten the hood latch so you have to push the hood lower for it to latch. less than an inch or half inch should be enough but not sure if thats a good way to go.
goodluck

I had this same problem, and thats how I fixed it, although mines still not a 100% perfect fit but I figure its just an aftermarket part. Thread
