wondering what i could expect to get off parts of an 88 gta, car is a hardtop, no engine or trans, is ws6, has a digital dash and the stock wire wheels in very good shape. car had a 350tpi and a 700r4 if that matters.

why? i can probably make more off parting it then the car is worth, doesnt have a motor or trans, im going to use the body gfx on my 84, and the spoiler, tail lights etc it would be far to much work to swap my ls1 and all the after marked suspention parts over to the gta, plus i just had alot of body work done on the 84, im getting the car for about $500

Well I am looking for a full set of seats from a GTA, Black or Grey either one.

I live in Alberta, but if needed I have Family in Helena MT that they could be shipped to.

Maybe shoot me a price on the Dash also, I could use a spare JIC.

I hate to see one get parted out, but this way I can rebuild mine.

Dash pad, taillights...body parts...come on anything that is in ok condition and is acceptable to reuse.

even if i rebuilt it from its current condition i would spend far more than the car would be worth.

 

When you pull the digital dash, make sure you get the WHOLE harness. It has wires that run to the door latches and who knows where else. Its worth much more with a harness than without.

 

well thats usually the case if you go buy a brand new motor, tranny, and all the essentials for a 3rd gen. But I think its different for this since its a GTA.

 

ya man anything that you can take off and ship for a reasonable price, you can sell. i bought a used carpet for my car $120 front and rear off of ebay. these cars are becoming more rare, even in junk yards, so its all about the amount of detail you want to put into taking it apart. for instance, you could probibly get $100 for one of the doors localy, or take every nut and bolt out of the door and list each part individualy on ebay and make $200. so the amount it is worth really depends on what your time is worth!!

 

Im sick of seeing them in yards.
