Front Bumper Tear

Hey all I have a a tear in my bumper that makes like a V one part being about

2 in. long and the other 1 in. leaving a flap. It was like this when i bought it

and im getting ready to get the car painted and was wondering if there was

any stuff that i could buy to apply and sand so i can quickly get the car

painted before winter hits. And wont Later on crack aprt and ruin the paint.

3m makes a two part plastic repair. it looks like a small tube of caulking only instead it has two tubes and mixes together inside the nozzle. i would first sand the backside of the crack and put some on there to help strengthen the repair.. then do the same thing to the front side. it sands pretty much like bondo and you can spread it with a plastic bondo spreader. sorry i don't know the part number but i am sure your local napa or o'reillys will have it.
