I've owned this 87 Camaro since new and since it is the car my grand daughter now drives I was looking at the area where the back window meets the metal lid. There appears to be some kind of gasket rubber weather stripping between the two. It appears to have those infamous cracks when rubber goes bad. Has anyone had any experience with repairing this/changing it out? I have no idea how it is clamped together to seal or what. Would you recommend taking it to someone that has worked on them before? Just any suggestions would be helpful.
