Their are some pics with a sheet metal or fiberglass piece that goes across the tail light area, with Corvette lights.
It does sound kinda cool, but you have a square bodied car, anything round looks stupid.

 

Hmmm, i would still like to see a pic of a car with it, i am sure with the right color and maybe a 5 inch spoiler it might look ok, but you never know till you see it.

 

Ive said it before, il say it again, if you want to make your camaro look like a corvette, go buy a corvette, dont ruin another 3rd gen

 

then you will have a Cormaro, or a Cavette

I think they would work well with a ducktail spoiler or hawks 5 inch. They are the oval or square-ish ZR1 taillights and not the circle taillights so that helps a lot. It would look sweet on a black car.

 

To add to this, you are taking out your factory lights, so you now have no reverse lights, which also makes it not street legal.

 

I want to see what it would look like.

I think it would look cool if you smoothed out the bumber and took off the stock air dam...maybe, I really don't like the stock 3rd gen lights on my RS though, they're so big they almost look...nerdy, maybe some newer square ones would look nice, or 1st gen lights.

i like the look of the lights and for under $300 its a way to make your camaro unique

 

square peg in a round hole. Well, actually, 2 round pegs in a rectangular hole. Those tail lights look lost, and don't fit the lines of the car at all. It looks like a bad idea from the 90s. Actually, I guess it is a bad idea from the 90s.

 

I like the corvette lights....if you put them on you need to do some wireing ...your brake and tail lights dont light up like a vette . ....if you dont rewire the lights ...then the outer lights come on with headlights and are your turnsingle lights ...then the inside lights are brake lights ...I had my friend rewire them now my lights work the same as a vette ...

 

Maybe with 5th gen tails upside down? lol
