Does anybody have a pic or know what style lower air dam I need for my 1985 pontiac trans am w aero package. There is a one piece and a three piece. It has been missing since I got the car so I'm not sure.and If anyone has a pic of one installed that would be great. Thanks Howard

Re: 85 TA lower air dam
The three piece is a "wrap around" sectional designed to replace the full lenght 1 piece that attaches to the front fender ground effects and the radiator support piece. Some of the non-T/A's had just the center piece that bolts to the radiator support for airflow. Is that the 1 piece you are referring to?

I was not sure if I needed the 1 piece wrap around or the 3 piece.Your saying that both will work.

Re: 85 TA lower air dam
Both will work. The 1 piece unit is the way it came from the factory. They started aftermarket 3 piece units to minimize loss when you curb it and ruin a section, though I've never seen replacement pieces for the 3 piece, so it doesn't make much sense to me. Yeah, both will work.
