Final Torque on New Hinge Pins?

Hey everyone,

I just finished installing some new hinge pins from AndyZ28.com on my driver door, and have a little question. What exactly are the upper hinge pins supposed to be torqued to? The instructions specify to tighten them to their "final torque" but don't go into much detail. Are they just supposed to be really tight? Thanks to anyone who may know.
