*pics*I guess this is the factory tint on the Ttops Im not sure if they came with factory tint or not. anyway, it's all spider cracked it looks almost like the glass is cracked but its not. I dont think anyway, its fine on the top on the outside of the car though. is it possible to take that tint off? or is it inside the glass. Here are some pics.

 

Are those glass tops or the plastic ones?

I've seen several plastic sets like that and no,theres no fix for them.

Plastic? really? I did not even know they made plastic ones. I guess that makes sense the way they cracked like that. darn that sucks. maybe I could get some glass replacements.

 

Ya those are the lexan ones. Mine have a few lil "cracks" like this also. They dont leak but its frustrating to look up and see them. I guess you could just paint them gloss black like stated by Tmic87TPI or maybe try and apply some tint on them. You wouldnt see the cracks from the inside anymore. Idk if the tint would stick tho. This has me thinking now! As for getting glass ones. Yes you can. Just a matter of finding them.

if they are the lexan tops there is a thread on here about how to refinish them, if involves wet sanding and buffing them, they come out really nice when they are done.

actually now that i re-read that it just makes them look good from the outside but they still looked cracked when looking through. i wonder if they could be buffed from the inside as well, i'll have to play with my spare set this weekend.

gotta hoard parts now, cuz as they become less and less they become more and more ($$$$$$) if ya catch my drift
