2 options
spend a few hundred on a replacement passneger floor pan from hawks thirdgen parts or somewhere else
or if its not the whole floor pan and just where the persons feet go then take it to a welding shop and pay a few bucks for a piece of sheet metal and whatever labor is for them to weld it in
goodluck

you could try to go to the junkyard and cut it out

If you go to a junkyard, get more than what you need... It is easier to take away from your new piece than try to add to it.

Re: camaro body/interior
i would use the junk yard as a last resort personally
onyl because so much time spent on trying to find a thirdgen at a junk yard thats in decent condition and not rusted out
also taking the time to plasma cut or cut any way how to get the floor pan out
i think it would be easiest and quickest to remove your passenger side seat and carpet and drive it to a weld shop let them cut out the bad metal and patch in new steel
but you have been given 3 options do whatever you want
