what would be a good color to go with white..that is above the body line for a two tone look with white on the bottom...i cant think of anything besides black or dark gray??? any ideas???

 

If you go with an off white or cream color the possibilities are endless. IMO, no two tone looks right with bright white....but, a bright blue might work pretty good with it. Which body line are you talking about? The line down the center of the door where the bumper strips go? Personally, I think it looks better when the color break is at the top of the fender right below the windows.

 

the top of the fender below the windows im talkin...i plan on doing rustoleum like you have..probably spraying it on...i'd like to keep it completely white or white with a dark top...or i saw at menards today that they can customize rustoleum to a sweet orange color and i thought maybe go orange like that on bottom and black on top???..i want it to turn out decent tho

 

Orange could work, but you're going to need some kind of stripe to break it up between the two colors. I saw a Chevy truck a few years ago that was bright blue on top, white the rest of the way down and it had a bright neon green stripe between the two. I know, it sounds strange, but it really looked good. I think the orange would look sweet with an off white.

 

you sprayed yours on with a wagner right??..how much did you thin the paint?

 

my car is white and eventually i am thinking i am going to paint the gfx red and do red stripes on the hood.
i think that would be clean looking
