How do you remove the drivers side door from the body and the door from the lower hinge?

Thanks

Re: Door Removal

first, you need to take your door panel off, then disconnect the wires for window, door etc.
the upper hinge has 3 bolts on the outside (13 mm)
the lower hinge has 1 bolt from the outside (13mm) , and 2 bolts from inside behind the kick panel (15 mm I believe)

you need someone to help you when you remove the door because the door is too damn heavy

Re: Door Removal

for the lower hinge on the driver side, the bolts from the inside are behind the hood release. There is a silver box (window relay) needs to be removed in order to access the bolt.

You also might want to consider removing the fender first. You don't have to but it will make the job a little easier.

Thats a very wise suggestion, not only does it allow easy access to the bolts on the upper hinge, but it will prevent damage to the edge of the fender. Soon as that last bolt comes out, the door is gonna slip a bit, and wreck the paint along the rear edge of the fender and possibly the door too.
