I am missing the antenna on my 92 z28. The base is on the fender, but the mast of the antenna is missing. I got another mast to put on, but I have noticed that the base is fairly loose on the fender. There appears to be some sort of spanner wrench needed to tighten it. I am also wondering if there is a nut on the inside of the fender that will need to be tightened?? If so, can you get to it through the wheel well by removing the wheel liner? Where can you get the proper spanner?

 

Not the best procedure, but I always just got a screwdriver, stuck it sideways in the slot, and tapped it around in a circle LIGHTLY to tighten/loosen them up. There's nothing inside the fender to tighten.
