bolts for rear hatch

so my 87 firebird bolts on the glass of the hatch are pretty rusted. and i want to replace them. i dont want to break the glass, and they are too bad to paint or sand on. the hatch sits a little too far away from the car so when i adjust it i want to replace those bolts. ideas? torque settings for the bolts? or is this a job for a pro?

This will help, but I'm not sure how to remove the bolt from the glass though.
