Driver door sag

I'm new to the forum and had a question. It looks very likely I'll be buying an '85 Trans Am with the LB9 motor. The car has a sagging driver's door. Is there a best way to fix the sagging hinge problem? The passenger side door is fine.

Thanks, really appreciate your help with the door question - . I did end up buying the car - I'll try to post some pictures of it in the next couple of weeks.
