Re: z28 and rs
The hoods are different, Z28 got louvers and the RS are flat. I believe that the GFX are different.IMO The 90-92 GFX on the RS are much better looking.

Re: z28 and rs
91-92 z28's have hood blister or raised bumps. I believe blisters will not fit on 82-84 z28 hoods since "depression" for louvers/blisters are too narrow. 85 and up hoods work but easiest to find 91-92 z28 hood. RS had base 15" wheels with option to have 16" lightweight z28 wheels. 91 z28 also has fog lights, black headlight areas and red bow tie on a black front grill. Photos below show front differences pretty good.

I didn't know that RS's came with different chin spoiler. Z28 spoiler has extra bevel under grill. They both look pretty good

Re: z28 and rs
Also depends on engine size. all 91-92 RS's with the 3.1's got 15 inch wheels, where as the 305 RS's got 16's just like all the Z28's.
(I think, every V6 car I have ran onto have 15's and the V8 cars had 16's)
