Camaro Spoiler on T/A??

Has anybody used a Camaro spoiler on a T/A? If so, does anybody have pics or maybe a photoshop? I'd like to see how it looks with a stock size and maybe with the bigger, aftermarket one like Camaroguy18's. Any help/pics/info would be greatly appreciated.

I was just wondering how it would look with a regular camaro spoiler. Just to be different. I've seen a high rise Z28 spoiler like this on a GTA before and it looked TERRIBLE...

Friends just don't let friends build TransMaros. But seriously, it just looks odd and cheap when people mix the parts. The spoilers get mixed often because people either prefer the other style, or they go to replace the hatch glass and can only find a hatch for the other car... It never really looks good.

Camaro specific parts rarely if ever look good on Firebirds of any type.

I agree. I just wanted to see how it would look regardless of how out of place. On another note, I think I blew my engine :-/ It starts and runs, but when I pull the dipstick its got a nasty burnt smell like oil, gas & gaskets. Any advice?

Re: Camaro Spoiler on T/A??

It sounds like you may just need to change your oil. Change it and then see how it looks after a few hundred miles.

Like the other guys said, don't do it. The TA quarter panels are wider, so the outside of spoiler won't line up correctly. It WILL fit but WILL look BAD. Dean EDIT The tall wing style, like in this pic will fit, but the regular Camaro spoiler style that wraps around the quaters won't.

Well there's more to it than just that. Read my other thread and you'll understand more. https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/tech...ious-help.html

Ah I see. Yeah the tall style that was on the GTA fit but looks soo wrong. I kinda felt bad for the car. I was just thinking of the center section of the Camaro spoiler might look ok. It's got that older NASCAR kind of look to it...
