Hey guys i gotta couple of piks of underbody where i replaced fender and where old is.. theres rust and i think the tab has been smashed down by that jack problem that many of you have suggested... but how can i go about fixing these .. the tab was completely ripped out on one side and the other is going to be difficult to get off cuz of rust... any ideas on how to go about this guys... is this attached to doorpans or another part?

 

It's hard to tell from the picture but the lower fender bolt should be horizontal. Many times they get smashed up into the bottom of the car from jacking or other damage. The best thing to do is clamp a vise grip on it and bent it back straight.
