This is a pic from the guy that I bought the car from, I don't know what happened, and neither does the guy I bought from, but I really want to get it pulled out of there, its starting to rust a bit so I'm thinking about just taking off the panel and popping it out and sanding the inside of it good to make sure its ok, but how would you suggest to get this out?

I tried once with a hammer laying on the ground reaching up into the car, but it wouldn't pop out all the way, only a little.

fender are pretty cheap around here.

but get a dent puller with a slide weight on it and see if u can pull it out.

you could also get a bamhammer and just got BATSh*t on it lol worked for my car.

See if you can find a paintless dent repair guy. You'll still have to deal with the scratches and rust, but unless you're a body man you'll only make it worse and it'll cost you more to fix it later. You'd be further ahead to pay to have the job done right, then to spend the same money on an aftermarket or junkyard fender.

Thanks for the advice Drew, I just want that thing gone. All the outside needs its paint for the body and the wheels, its missing one peice of cladding on the door, and this dent, well a few small ones but that ones the worst one.
