here they file a report no matter what you hit. and i hat a tree but it was on someones yard... a tree they planted so they filed a claim thus causing my insurince to jump it also went up because i wasnt registered as a driver on out policy (cheaper that way) and they found out i was driving because of my accident, i also wasnt planning on calling the cops i was going to have a friend pull the car out but my mother made me call

 

Ok.. so the insurance went up primarily because you caused damage to the tree. (which could be more than a car BTW, if you've ever bought a tree you'd understand how expensive the process is).

I'm a bit concerned that you were committing insurance fraud by having your parents register and insure YOUR car and not listing YOU as an operator to save money. The reason insurance rates are higher for young kids is because young kids sometimes lose control and crash into peoples trees, cars, small children, etc. I hope you have learned from this experience.

i explained that wrong i was on the policy at the time i just wasnt as a primary driver of the car. so i was on the insurince just not as a primary driver, i was a secondary driver
