Door hinges??

Hey guys, I'm looking to rebuild my hinges but I'm not willing to spend the money on the kits that cost $75-$100 just for one side. Especially since I could build a new hinge for less than $50 probably.

So here's my question...does anyone know the size of the hinge on the top of the door? The flanged seat area and the rivet hole? Don't get me wrong a grease fitting on bushings is far better than what we have now, but I would rather have ball bearings in there instead. I just need the sizes so that I can get new bearings to fit, maybe even a little oversize so that I can make sure that it fits good.

Re: Door hinges??

Easier and cheaper to do it correctly the first time.
