windshield trim???

windshield trim???

for starters i bought my car with no windshield, is there some one who sells the trim around the windshield or do you have to buy it used and are there clips that hold it in? any help will be greatly appreciated

The following sell the molding (which I assume you mean when you say trim?)

Eckler's - Highly recommend

PartsTrain.com - never dealt with... not sure if I would trust...

Couldn't find parts with YearOne, 1aAuto, or Hawks but wouldn't hurt to give them a shout as they usually have more than whats listed.

Good hunting! Parts are usually easily come by for our cars.

Whoever installed my new windshield installed a new piece for me, so I'd try a local winshield replacement shop first.

Windshield shop will have it. Also, it sort of needs to be installed at the same time as the glass because it gets pressed into the glue a bit. No clips needed, the trim has it molded in.

The GM part number for the trim is 10103279, and still available from the dealer.
