What should I do with my Formula 350???
I'm stuck guys. And worst part is I'm not a body guy at all so couldn't do this myself.
I have a 87 true Formula 350. Engine has been rebuilt with a cam and some other goodies. Trans has a shift kit and stall. Runs like you owe the IRS taxes.
The bad thing is the car came from NY. YAY! RUST!
The under body is pretty shot. To the point where I would need a whole new floor pan.
I only paid $400 for this car though. As it is.
I've been driving it all around town and long distance with no problems. Car is SUPER reliable. So, get a donor car and transfer engine and trans? Or get floor replaced. Also I'm on a tight budget but have a few rollers lined up that are rust free and straight!
I'll get pics of the rust shortly but here is the car:

Replace the rusted portions, that is an overall GORGEOUS car. Would be a shame to junk it just because it needs panels patched. With some time and patience you can learn to do it yourself if on a budget, and most sheet metal pieces are sold online, save up, cut the old ones out, and weld the new stuff in. (but slather it in por-15 or equivalent to prevent future rust)
