Re: upper door pin... help
There is no conventional "upper door pin"... They are short pins and bushings. Two separate pins and bushings. I dont think they are servicable.
If you want to make it better than factory, order a set of the greasable bushings. You can get them greaseable, or non-greasable.
Im pretty sure TDS sell them, along with anything else you'd need to restore your door to proper function.
here's what the kit looks like. Does the upper bushings and the lower pin. Its pricey, but you'll never have a sagging down again, and they'll close like butter.

Re: upper door pin... help
I replaced both sides in my Z with the greaseable units sold by Top's Down. That's the right thing to do, if you want it done right. Sure the parts arent cheap but, either is a good night out on the town. Do the right thing and order the kits from Lon.
Installation takes a few hours + per side. If you have a engine hoist, use it to support & lift the doors. Instructions of the proceedure are included with the kit. However, I did use a grinder with a carbide tip to open up the bracket for the new collars.
It's money and time well spent. You'll never have to do this job again, unless others ask you to do it for them...
Good luck
