trans am hood Air extractor

I bought this trans am earlier this year, and the back air extractor on the driver's side of the hood was missing the screen. I found the screen in the storage compartment in the rear hatch, and I would like to glue it back in. Does anyone have any suggestions on what glue I could use. Is it possible to remove the whole air extractor without breaking it?

I also noticed that that air extractor on the passenger's side might be on backwards. so there is another reason why i might need to remove the air extractors. Here are some pictures so that you could see what I am talking about.
