Need opinions for a few small problems

Is there supposed to be a seal along the bottom edge of the glass for the hatch? I highlighted the area I'm talking about in one of the pictures.

I also wanted to know what size screws I should use to bolt the weather strip in the picture. I am missing one of the screws I need and do not know what size was originally in there. I'm missing the screw in the center of the weather strip (the hardest to screw in because the window sits highest there.) I also have a problem with that weather strip sitting too far from the window but I might just have to adjust the window or something to make that work.

Last question is what I should do about a third brake light. I switched spoilers unaware that I would lose my third brake light doing so, and I want to put one in. What would be the best way to do that?

I couldn't get a socket in there at all..

But thats the way to do it, remove the whole inner door panel, there are two metal felt covered tabs that push outwards on the glass to hold it in place. If you loosen the bolts on those tabs (or just take them off) it'll let the glass move around in the door a little and give you some clearance to put the screws for that trim in.
