Re: HELP!!!!!! Pwr Window Stuck Down
This happened to me once.
The little hooks that mount to the bottom of the glass grabbed the wires from the motor and uplugged them when I tried to roll it up.

Re: HELP!!!!!! Pwr Window Stuck Down
Spent all day on that window yesterday. Went and bought a new motor and ended up reinstalling the old one.
I didnt believe all that stuff I read about the cussing and bleeding that happens when changing these things out but I did just that I am ashamed to say. I think I wanted to proclaim a curse on the engineers that designed the mounting of these things in this manner.
Not 100% sure what happened to my motor but after I got it out and removed it from the regulator it worked fine. I greased everything up reinstalled it (a drama like youve never seen) and it works like brand new.
Im baffled as to why it stoped working. Im talking the new one back and getting my money back. I can use that $50 elsewhere.
