Paint Stripper?

Probably been asked before, but what's the best paint stripper to use on the bumpers AND the fiberglass parts (fuel door and spoiler)? I want to take them down to the substrate, get rid of the old paint, and start over again (especially on the spider-cracked bumper covers).
