Trying to replace the wiper motor in my 94 Trans Am

Hey all,

I am in the middle of replacing the wiper motor on my trans am, but I got stuck trying to get the motor out. All the plastic and weather stripping is out, the motor is free from the body, but I cannot slip it out to swap it out. There is a bracket that is riveted to the body that holds the wiper arms, but I cannot slip it underneath this bracket, do I drill out the rivet??(very limited space to get a drill in there, that is why I did not automatically do it)

Anyways any advice would be appreciated, unless there is a write up somewhere, maybe pics or a link, anything that can get my past the last step...

Thank you!

Not sure too many folks here would know - we are 3rd gen cars (1982 - 1992), yours is a 4th gen (1993 - 2002). There's a lot of differences. Try searching the internet for "4th gen Camaro forum".
