I felt i needed to post this. Car was nice until these guys bought it.

i think it was a 89 v6. he spray painted it then beat the crap out of it on the street, said he lost compression in 3 cyl,

 

can't fix stupid

 

he said i could have anythig off the car free. i thought nice untill i looked at it. the only thing i took was the bumper and latch pull down. every thing else ......crap

honestly, everything was useable, he could have just sold it or junked it. now look wht they have. engines trashed. he took it apart and let it sit open in the rain. all interior plactic could have been saved but he rather break it. hood doors wheels misc. other parts.... come on now wtf. What could he have sold it for 1000 maby?

Blasted kid... Poor car. Instead of fixing it, the kid had to make it worse... I mean, come on, V6's are dirt cheap if that's what he had. Am I the only one thinking this kid should be dragged out into the street and beaten?

I hope that second gen in the last pic doesn't suffer the same fate...

I didn't see the blue second gen behind it in the first pic ... Anyone feel like going down there and getting both of those cars out of there before this moron gets his hands on them?

 

I can't believe some people are so stupid if your gonna do something like that before you even think about it give it to someone or sell it. I saved an 86 fiero from dying a similar death. My dad's who had it was going to chop it up and use it for off road I asked if he thought of selling first and he goes into his house and comes out and says "Here's the title and the key's it's yours Id rather see it get fixed up then do what I planned on doing". Now we gotta figure out how to get that second gen out of there

 

ok, was the car in an accident? or did he and a couple of friends take sledge hammers and baseball bats and take turns whacking the car? Please tell me it was Not the latter.

the important thing is no one was hurt, ( as far as I can tell ), but what a shame to see such a great car in such a shape. that car could have made someone very happy.

oh well, we brought nothing into this life and we will take nothing out of it. I can only hope that he wil learn something out of this.

So many things are disposable now days that it seems like lots of young people think that everything is disposable. So many products we buy now are designed to be used up and thrown-away. It is no worse then the cash for clunkers program, using government money, that our grandchildren will be working to pay off, to buy running cars, destroy the engines, and junk the car. There were so many cars coming through the program that many were crushed without any parts being removed. It is a shame that Camaro was not parted out, so its good parts could live on in other thirdgens. Automotive recycling is the most basic conservation of resources. The body looks like it may have been in decent shape before that dumb kid trashed it.
