this look right?

Does this look right? I think it's just so far raised up cause it doesn't latch. but when i look at it, it looks like it lines up perfectly by being raised so much(creating the gap you see)

what's wrong?

Must have that James Bond option where car disappears in surroundings. Sorry couldn't resist.

Re: this look right?

Bumper is way down in middle for some reason. Don't the birds have a mounting panel across there?

Re: this look right?

The previous owner hit a deer, but I wasn't thinking that would screw it up so bad. Am I just missing the mounting panel? Or is it the wrong bumper in general? He said he had put on the Trans Am front end, but it doesn't look like it

Re: this look right?

You'll need to raise the hood and check about that mount panel. From the pics I see I'd bet it ain't there or it's busted to pieces. May be different bumper but looks like it should fit. I'm not the best on years and designs but I'm sure someone on here could tell you for sure.

Re: this look right?

I had a similar problem with a 83 T/A. I took some of the rear bumper filler honeycomb from a parts car and shoved it under the front to prop it up. I don't know if there is room to do that in your car but it worked for me and no one could tell.
