passenger door???

Axle/Gears: stock :(
passenger door???

i installed my passenger door last night. and the latch on the door is stuck closed....it will not latch onto the bolt on inside of car. its not wired yet..so could i wire it and it will unlatch????

When you say stuck closed, I assume you mean the latch is locked. Unlock door, pull handle then open the latch with your fingers or screwdriver. I've seen them get tripped while wiping the jambs out many times.

Yep it's latched. pull the handle to release it and it should come open with a little help.

Beat me to it. Ditto. I had the same problem a couple of months ago when I put my passenger door on. I have seen many pictures of nicely painted cars (third gens) where there is that fender gap between the door and fender. With a little hard work you can get it to line up. I am still trying on mine.

yeah it worked...it was just really cold and late when i got the dooe on and tried to line everything up. so maybe i will work on it tomorrow. im going to try and get it painted or taped off atleast. then get my hood hinge straight.....passenger hood hinge doesnt line up. its bent ahah
