Floor pan and or seat brackets salvageable?
So my car has some pretty bad rust on driver's side floorpan, it has very little rust elsewhere fortunately, but I have two problems, one is that the front seat bracket rusted out and the left stud broke out along with a chunk of the bracket, and the right side stud isn't attached to much bracket material(It can flex what little bracket is holding it on) and on the rear bracket which was in useable condition I broke off the left GD stud
Long term I definitely plan to get a new driver side floorpan, but atm I am broke as hell and need a car to get me to work when I find a bloody job, so if anyone has temporary solutions for holding the driver seat down please let me know.
I'm basically thinking that maybe a shop can make me a new front bracket, cut out the old one and rivet in the new one, idk wth to do about the rear left stud shearing off though, as I believe it is part of the bracket itself?
Need cheap short term solutions here...As for the additional holes I have found in it, I will glass over them(fiberglass) till the new floorpan.

Also need some advice on long term brackets, I might not be able to find a donor car being as I live in PA, I might have to get reproduction pans which for some gd reason don't come with the brackets(you would think they would, or would at least be available seperately.) I'm guessing they will have to be fabricated by a shop if I can't find a good donor car, but Idk if the average auto shop can do that or not...
