install of new fog lights
my car is torn apart because its getting restored on the outside. the front bumper mechanism is removed, the black inner section where the got lights go is removed, etc.. if i get new fog lamps (after market probably), how hard will it be to replace them after the car is back together? I'm not sure if i need the body shop to install them for me while the front is already disassembled.
thanks.
thanks.

Re: install of new fog lights
It isnt hard at all if you know what your doing (just a couple of bolts, some of which you will need an extension). I actually just replaced the bulbs in mine last week (took an hour and a half because I didnt have anyway to jack the car up to reach the bolts easier) however the fog lights still dont work.
If you have a Chilton manual it describes it in there but if you need me to I can list the steps on here.

Re: install of new fog lights
If you have the stock fog lights with the stock mounting hardware its pretty straight forward. If you get aftermarket as you said, there is no telling how you will get them to mount.
I bought a set of fog lights of of ebay that only needed minor modifications to mount to the stock mounting brackets. They came with a relay, wires, switch and everything needed to get them running.I dont recall the seller or any details really because it was in 2005.He sold them as a replacement but said they needed to be modified. He also had pics showing them on his car.
If you want to search for some on ebay you can but there is no telling what you will get if they dont specify them for our cars. You can see a pic of them on my car in my VBgarage.
