I have been making slow, steady progress on my car. I removed the passenger fender to find that it needed replaced. I also had to weld in new metal at the bottom near where the fender bolts on. Its all welded, sealed and treated with Zero Rust and I am getting ready to put on the new fender. My question is: Where exactly does that little clip at the bottom go and what is it used for? Any pictures would be helpful. I have seen pics in the past with this pictured but I did a search and cannot find any.
