craiglist find need help identifying this hood

need a hood badly and found this on Craigs lists, the guy doesn't seem to know what he has but something doesn't look quite right... can any of you tell me if its a bolt on or a pin on hood thanks...

that's a pretty good find though. tried to call on it tonight, but nobody picked up. guess ill give it another shot tomorrow...
